Last week a post mentioned the two coins the Canadian Mint is selling on Ebay.

At the time, somebody suggested the coins "might" sell for $5,000

With two days remaining, they are at $9,500 and $11,500 (US Dollars). WOW.

    How can something be "one of a kind" and have a serialized certificate ? image

    The Royal Canadian Mint struck one of each of the issues. Both serial certificates are number 1. The proceeds from the sale of the 2 coins will go to Save the Children - Canada and the Humane Society of Canada.

    at the bottom of the ad they corrected by say "its not serialized"
