What is wrong with the 2003 COA?

What is the error on the 2003 U.S. Mint Silver Proof Set COA?

Is it that the dime and half dollar say "clad" instead of "silver"?

Well mine says: "90% Silver, 10% Copper" for both the dime and the half dollar. Does that mean that I have a correct COA?

The first ones out of the mint had the half and dime as Cu/Ni instead of silver. It's fixed now (obviously)
  • Yes, you have one of the corrected ones!

    Bugs,
    Here's the error COA.

  • Lab beat me to it.

But since I went ahead and scanned in both the error and a non-error, I'll put the non-error version up for comparison. image

Note: the weight values on the two COAs are different as well.
