JOEBENSON: WORLDS WORST TRADER

Made a trade on the 24th of August for a 2003 Brooks Robinson Sweet spot auto. I sent the 25th and
he got his cards on the 28th. On the 30th I asked him where my card was and he said he
sent it. In reality he didn't even have the card and lied to me. He then proceeds to win some other
Brooks Robinson auto card on ebay on the 9th of September and has the guy send me that on the 17th. Not
only does the guy lie to me and makes me wait almost a month for the card, but when I get the
card it is some cheap fleer card.

This guy is a fraud and I will be getting even in about a week.

u got a /100 auto of brooks instead of a non numbered auto of him, i thought you would be HAPPY..i guess i was wrong...thanks for livin up to ur rep as biggest a$$ on the board

I'm the last guy to defend JS, but you are missing the point. You did not send him the card you guys agreed upon. Instead you sent him a replacement without even consulting him to see if that would be okay.

Well Joestalin i have been waiting for almost 2 full MONTHS for my card i bought!He got his money in like 1 week and he cant even send my card!Then he comes here and says hes getting a replacement from hong kong and later on i c he is getting all these other people there replacement from hong kong too!I WANT MY CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

giantsfan...thanks for the backing, Im glad that someone sees that this is wrong.

Benson...You seem to think that trading cards that you don't have is ok, its not. You are a
crook and a lier. I saw the auction you won, you paid freaking 10 bucks for the card. Fleer
and their stupid index card cut autos are crap, the sweetspot is what I traded for.....ah
he** what am I wasting my time with you for, you don't even have the card!

Joe....you need to do right by this guy.
You need to eather buy him the card he traded for or return the cards he sent you(if he's ok with that)
if you still have them.If not,that would leave you responsible to buy him the card he traded for.

I hope you come through and send cards to everybody you owe

Ok im not trying to be annoying but im pissed off thats why i keep posting!The reason i keep posting is because he doesnt answer me on aim!Everytime he acts like its his brother or parents that are on but its probaly him.I would like mine to get resolved alot since i have been waiting 2 MONTHS!

i'll have to agree w/ js. it is pretty chicken **** to trade cards you don't even have. btw mr.benson you bought him a crappy cut auto, #d or not i am sure most of us would rather have the sweet spot auto. white ice- imo kevin (like him or not) is and always has been a good trader, so i am sure he will eventually make good.

lol (at the language, not you). sorry you got screwed but it seems like joe benson's "issues" (i.e., trading cards he doesn't have, hong kong being his favorite place to find 'replacements', 'lost cards', etc.) are fairly well known. That's almost as classic as the EBay seller currently trying to screw me...Her excuse after 23 days of no item= "Sorry had flood. Had to go out of town (grandpa died). Had assistant supposedly send out packages. Assistant= incompetent. Don't worry I won't screw you." At least she didn't say "that was my brother her sold you the item, not me." LOL
