What grade would this get on a cross?

Anybody want to make a guess as to what grade PSA would give this card. My guess is a PSA 1, but any other thoughts would be helpful.

T-205 Cobb SGC 3

I'm looking for a really cheap Cobb for my set.

Oh- and I am working on a NQ set

I'm not sure that it would grade at PSA because of the back. Wouldn't this be N-8 Miscut?

The way the 2 miscuts were explained to me are:

N-8 miscut (returned un-slabbed): a factory miscut where the sheet apparently moved during the cutting process. Charateristics could include a "bulge" or "flair" on the problematic edge.

MC qualifier: severely OC card where part of the next card from the sheet is visible (PSA's official verbage is a bit different, but this is how I interpret it)

I think the T205 would get a MC-qualified grade. I'm not sure what it would get if you asked for an unquailifed grade since even a PSA-1 requires 90-10 back centering. Hmmmmm

The bottom corner seems to be creased also so i think it would grade lower than what SGC gave it.
