1960 Cameo Quarter

Hi, I bought an unopened 1960 proof set and it has a really nice cameo quarter and just wondering if it`s worth anything or submitting. Are they very common? Sorry no pic`s...thank`s for any help, Kelly

Defintely worth submitting if hairline free.

Not super rare, but not common either.

If it is deep cameo and hairline free it might be worth submitting. There were more than 1 and a half million sets made in 1960 so average quality are common, even with a little frost...
