Blue Indian - Guess the date??

Here is another style of Indian I collect (Link Below), paired to a proof IHC rev (so it's not OT) - can you name the collectable obverse and guess the date?? The title is a clue.

Looking for PCGS AU58 Washington's, 32-63.
It was a give-away in sacks of Sleepy Eye flour about 1910 to 1920 or so, an inducement to get the housewives to buy their brand of flour. The pictured trivet or hot plate is the rarest of the pieces which include pitchers, steins and butter/sugar bowls. It sells for 3K or so. I got interested in it as my grandmother had a bowl her neighbor gave her (full of freshly baked bread) as a house warming gift around 1915 or so. I think it would make a great coin design......
no specific date on that one?
