Is this coin's toning legit?

I think it is. It's in a PCI green holder. I snapped it up for $16 since it seemed worth the risk. Just thought I'd run it by a few of you all to see if this was a good buy or not.

I think it's mint set. If it were end roll the obverse likely wouldn't have that splash of toning.

Thanks guys! It's hard to capture the luster and the color on this particular one. The luster rolls through the toning better in person. I thought at the price I probably wouldn't go wrong.
