Two of the items I bid on went unsold in the Signature sale.

I notice that 2 out of the the three coins I was intrested in at the Heritage Signature sale must have went unsold. I thought that I was outbidded just before the Internet ending time frame. Now they are up for sale in the last minute section.
Does this mean that the seller must have had a consignment minimum in the auction and the auction hammer price realized was not at least that amount? Thing is, the make offer price range allowance only gives you about 2% less that you can offer.
I would like to own both of these coins, but not at that price, So I am passing on both!
