My personal estimate was $14,405 so I am happy with the outcome on those four lots. stuart was close behind only $57.50 off. The mean was $15,005.50 with a High of $19,900 and Low of $11,111.

As Yogi said " It' ain't over til it's over! I said I was pleased with those (4) lots. We'll see how Heritage handles a couple of problems I have before I decide whether or not I am satisified. I trust they will take care ot them as they have been very attentive so far.
