What is a silver MS68 Roosevelt worth with full bands?

I realize that there are still less than 50 graded, but they have not sold very often on the big internet auction sites so I have no comparables.

Would the range be between $3K and $10K ?

  • I went through prices realized at Teletrade and they seemed to be doing fairly well. It depends on the dates. DHRC's has a bunch for sale if you take a look. I know they are a little high for the market, but may be worth it in the future.
On Teletrade, I went back through the auctions from the first of August till now.

A silver MS68FB is worth what the top of the Registry guys are willing to pay. Prior to FB, MS68 Rosy's were hovering in the $3000 or thereabouts range. Today with about 57 silver Rosy's graded MS68, there are just a very small number graded MS68FB. Given Registry bonus points for FB coins, one might expect them to trade at a premium and the non-band coins to be trading at a reduced price (witness the 1946S MS68 that sold at the Heritage ANA sale for $1500). Over time, the market will determine the true price - it's still early to really know...........stay tuned and we'll all find out together.
