Error in 1969 Topps Supers??

I was just looking around and saw this stated in the Set Registry for the 1969 Topps Supers.

Finest Possible Set Rating: 10.86

Ah....is this on the new PSA Grading scale?

Looking for:
1953 Topps in PSA 8
1941 Playball in PSA 8.
1952-1955 Red Man cards in 7 and 8
1950 Bowman in PSA 8

    Yes -- it obviously is incorrect. Many of the finest possible set ratings have not been updated to reflect possible upgrades -- though there is a divisor problem for this set. Bob Earhart has an amazing set -- and it is very close to 10.0 overall.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

    I figured Bob's set was so nice, PSA decided to raise the bar for him.
