I know this has been covered here a million times I'm sure, but I don't know where.
Can anyone give me the simple answer or formula how this iis calculated. I think I know and some of mine make sense, some don't. May I buy a clue please?

  • Sorry for the double post... hit the return key in the wrong field by mistake!

The easy answer is to multiply the weight of each card you have in a set times the grade of the card, and that gives you a certain number of "points". Do that for each card you have in a particular set, then add all those numbers up, then divide by sum of the weights of each of the cards in the set.

    Hope this helps!
  • Thanks,
I think that is equal to avg (GPA x % complete) which is about right I think based on some of my sets. But I wanted to check with someone else before I complain.
    Thanks for the info,

  • Fuzz,

Check my Set Registry Spreadsheets. These will do the calculations for you. If the set you are interested in is not listed, email me at jeb@virtualizard.com and I will add it to the site.
