I havent seen many pcgs graded 2 cent pieces, your best bet is just to buy one raw (such as this one) and send it in for grading.

I actually have that one on my snipe list. I've had many raw ones on my snipe list and they always seem to get bid to more than I'm willing to risk on coins that are very prone to problems that are easily hidden by the image. If it doesn't go too high, I'll be taking a shot at it, though.
