Announcements and News for posting of banned members offenses?

Occasionally a member goes too far and gets banned from the forums.
Would it be possible to use the announcements and news forum for a "CU" official to state what the perpe'traitor' did to be banned.
Bagged on PCGS is a little vague but, posted a photo of sheep with PCGS slab necklaces with the caption "slab followers being led to slaughter" is more specific.
It would be helpful to the board members who respected many of the ideas and opinions of members that got banned - but did not see the offending post.
