It is only 2 cards shy of a complete set. If somebody has the last 2 cards he needs you should send off an email to see what he is willing to pay for them. If he really thinks they are worth that kind of money I don't suggest arguing with him. Don't forget to include free shipping as a bonus.

Makes sense. It would do no more good than to argue price with a dealer such as 707 Sportscards. Don't they usually laugh at you and then turn away and ignore you when you do that? I have heard that they can be really rude to customers. What do you think, cardbroad?

That's a pretty accurate assesment of 707. I made an offer on 7 cards about 3 months ago. Total from the website was about $1500 (way overpriced to begin with compared to SMR and recent ebay auctions). I offered what I thought was a fair amount and he replied with an abrupt (for lack of a better term) email stating that he would not accept my offer. Unless you're desperate for a card, Levi (707) is not the way to go. To be fair, I have purchased cards from him in the past, and he is a top notch dealer providing fast service and secure shipping.
