Drive junk from first page - opinions on coin

I've had this 1900-S quarter since about 1989. It's in a first-generation holder, graded MS63. The reverse is MS64, if not better. The only thing that kept it from a 64 back in '89 were a few minor marks on Liberty's face. Are there any Barber experts (or anyone else) that think it might make MS64 today? I've attached a detailed pic of the face.

Great looking barber (not my field) but I would think the contact marks on the cheek may be the only thing keeping it as a 63 (PQ that is)
