Presidential Review Question

David,
I have a 1872 Seated Dollar that I would like to get into a PCGS holder in anticipation
of the Mint / Proof sets being extended past 1900 (Separate question: where do you
stand on the weighting for seated liberty? A few months ago you indicated that you
were trying to get a few years each week.) It was purchased raw from Heritage as
a MS61, sent to NGC (back when I was young and foolish and didn't know any better)
and was slabbed as a MS60, and I sent it to PCGS for crossover and it DNC. I showed
you the coin at the ANA convention on Friday. You gave me a good explanation of the
subjective differences of what one grader might call wear another might classify as a
non circulation mark. You finished up the discussion by saying that you would punch in
60 if you were on the line and suggested that I resubmit it for crossover. I resubmitted
at the ANA, and got the coin back again as a DNC.
Would my sending this coin in (for the 3rd time) have a shot at getting crossed if I send
it through the Presidential Review (having already received an informal evaluation of the
coin from you that indicated a favorable attitude), or should I just give up at this point?
I have been told by some people to crack it out and then send it to you, but I don't like
the idea of doing that.

Send me the coin with all the info and the tags and I'll see what I can do.
We'll start on the years after we finished Seated (almost done), Early Silver (to be done soon) and then Type coin sets.
