1976 #240 Pete Rose PSA 9 = 9 1976 #300 Bench PSA 9 = 42
What is interesting is that there have been 229 Pete Rose cards submitted and 317 Johnny Bench cards submitted obviously the ROse must have some issues (centering ?) due to the much lower number of PSA 9 card in proportion to the Bench.....
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... it's about learning to dance in the rain.
The Rose card is in the upper left hand corner (row 1 column 1) on the uncut sheet while Bench is in row 4, column 2 on his uncut sheet. This makes the Rose card more susceptible to being cut oc.
Actually, the printer that was in charge of cutting row 1 from all the sheets was left handed, and he drank a little too much, which is obviously the real reason for the shortage.
If that guy submitted the card then I am pretty sure it's going to be a nice one. He's sent me some very nice cards.Alittle pricey but worth every penny. Nice guy to chat with about his cards.

Especially when compared side by side with the Bench PSA 9. That Rose is a weak 9 at best.
Yep...lets see who buys the holder not the card on this one.
