How reliable is NTC grading company?
I want to purchase a 1891-CC Morgan Dollar in NTC MS-64. How many grades lower should I count on if I submit it to PCGS?
What is money, in reality, but dirty pieces of paper and metal upon which privilege is stamped?

<< <i> wonder why it's not in one of the top three company's holders >>
ain't no wonder to me look how much it cost to have one of the top 3 to grade your coins compaired the smaller grading services. of course you get what you pay for.
I hate it when you see my post before I can edit the spelling.

Say it out loud:

Sounds like New Mistrust to me.
Avoid them like the plague, would be my advice.
Mind you, I am not suggesting that there aren't (a few) nice coins hiding in nasty NTC holders, but like ACG, with whom they share worst-of-the-worst status, NTC is likely to not only overgrade but also to holder coins with hidden problems. Louis' "if you're lucky they won't body bag it" comment ain't so farfetched.
