The President claims he didn't lie about taxes for those earning less then $250,000 a year with public mandated health insurance yet his own justice department has said they will use the right of the government to tax when the states appeals go to court.

Weekly update,
For those still thinking about it, try to let me know by Friday October 31 so I'll know if we need more then 1 table at the Perkins.
Also, if anyone can confirm show times, please post them here.
Right now as it stands, we will meet on Saturday Nov. 1 at the perkins 2 blocks up the street from Earl Brown Heritage Center where the show is at 8:30 am and the bourse as far as I know will open at 10 am Saturday morning.

I have new information on the MOON Show hours. According to CW 10/13/03 edition, p. 74), the public hours are 3-8 on Friday, 9-5 on Saturday, and 10-4 on Sunday.
Greg
Thanks for posting the hours but this is not good news!!!
In the past shows, The bourse opened on Saturdays at 10 am.
Goose 3, Sinin 1, Fudude, Blackhawk, Andy, Jack the Knife or anyone else thinking of going to breakfast.
If we stick with 8:30 to meet, we miss the 9 am opening of the bourse, if we meet earlier we have to get up early on a Saturday morning.
So I will leave it up to the majority, do we stay with 8:30 [and miss the opening of the bourse].
Or do we meet at 7:30 for a unhurried breakfast ?
Or do we meet at 8 am for a somewhat hurried breakfast ?
Of those 3 choices I will go with the one that gets the most replies. Please post your choice here so it's easy for me to keep track.
Thanks, Les
I wasn't going to update this again untill next week but after the information that Greg [Fudude] posted about show times for the 3 different dates of the show [especially Saturday bourse opening at 9 am] I thought it would be a good idea to update it at least once more this week.
If I don't hear back from those who said they are planning to show up for breakfast, I will assume that means that 8:30 is still o.k. even if that means missing early show bargins when the doors first open at 9 am.
If you would rather meet at 7:30 or 8 am, please let me know and I'll go with what ever the majority decideds.
Thanks, Les
Sorry, but I will not make breakfast this year. With the show being later than usual, I won't be able to come down to the twin cities until Saturday. (I need to take my little ones trick-or-treating.) However, I plan on leaving Duluth around 9am Saturday, so I may see you and others at the show in the afternoon on Saturday.
If I may suggest, I remembered last year, that it took a long time for the waitress to take our order, and get us our checks. That Perkins is always so. So you may want to go for the earlier time, and even with that, you may still be rushed. Just something to take into account.
Welcome to the forums!!!
Geoman, sorry to hear that, but I understand your priorities, still, I hope to see you at the show.

possibly a larger picture of obv and reverse. It looks lovely from the small picture.

Thanks for asking, actually its a quarter.
When I originally posted a topic about this coin I had asked if someone could image my mint state 66 1892 S barber half for my icon, but Heritage did not save the pictures from when I bought it so Russ helped me get the image of the obverse of the 1899 quarter as my icon.
I'd be happy to have someone post the pic of the reverse for you to look at if someone says they'll take the time to do it then I will look up the information again.
Bear, the 99 quarter is my favorite Barber quarter won in a long beach signature sale 2 years ago and in case your shocked to hear it I paid above sheet to get it. It's a pcgs 65. Some either strieght line toning streaks or albulm slide marks [I'm not sure which] across the neck.
The reverse is copper red/orange with some silver & grey near the rims.
Sorry to go off topic on my own thread but anytime someone asks me about my favorite coins I can't resist!!!

I am going to try to make it. Hockey has just started for my 8 yr. old and I know he skates both weekend days for the next couple months. I will check the schedule.

So far thats 1 for 7:30 and 1 for 8:30 and no one else has listed a preference.
Les
(1) vote early and vote often;
(2) if you don't vote, someone will vote for you;
(3) etc.
So can I vote again for 7:30 seeing as how I already voted early, and it appears other have not voted, so I can vote for them...
