Nice strike, pretty colors. I'll say 66 and shot 67, depending on what going on with the cheek. Was the reverse q-tipped with Jewel luster? The obverse periphery looks ms toned, but the left side, in front of the face of Washington looks like typical roll colors...plus with the reverse being blast white, I'd have to believe it came from a roll.

As Randy said, he submitted the coin. He ripped me a new one on eBay and PCGS graded it MS67.
I had it grading MS65, Randy had it going MS66. I think he's probably correct on the grade, (I tend to be a little conservative sometimes), and PCGS gave it a one point eye appeal bump. It's a very pretty coin.
