Mis-Cut/Not Holdered Cards

If PSA does not grade a card and determines that it is mis-cut and they do not holder it, do you get a free submission?

    Yes...at least they have always sent me a coupon for one when t has happened to me. Sadly my 69' Shannon came back "not the required size" some time ago.

    Hi Dale. I sent in a batch of about (250) 1977 Kellogg's cards... ohh, say 3 months ago, and 126 of them came back "not holdered / miscut". A few days later I received a coupon AND semi-completed submission forms for 126 comp submissions. (not free, but enough to cover the miscut cards) PSA doesn't feel that factory miscuts are the customers fault.

    Speaking of mis-cuts, I have a t206 commons that appears about NM--but the cut is slightly crooked top and bottom. It appears to be the right size but cut slightly unevenly. Does this mean it is likely a fake or are there some t206s that are miscut a bit??

    Well, I just got back the non-holdered/mis-cut cards and they had a grade on them, you know 90240532, but they were not holdered, so I don't know if they charge to tell you that they rated it non-holdered/mis-cut or not. I guess I'll find out if I get some free submission tokens in the mail.
