UNIQUE PCGS HOLDER?????? It's on Ebay

I hate putting Ebay items on the BST board, but here is one that may be of interest here. We have a PCGS holder, not a CU holder, that has a tag with the American flag as the background. It does not contain a modern coin, but rather an older $5 Lib. I don't know if it is unique, but I have yet to see another.     Which part is unique--the flag holder or the "20th Cent Half Eagle" written on it?

    I have never seen the flag holder used by PCGS before, but I do understand that they put many 21st century coins into the "flag tag" holders with the denotation of 21st century on them. But, I don't know for sure, maybe they made thousands of these things. Anyway, it is a $120 coin in a holder I haven't seen another of, and so we started the bidding at $140. I think that should still be fair.
