So Much For Modern Card Pricing

When I uploaded my comments about pre-scanning for grades (sorry for that) I used an example of a 1981 Fleer Harold Baines PSA 8 card. At that time, I think the price was about $180.00, which I thought was ridiculous based on the fact that there are many in boxes and packs and vending boxes. According to PSA, it has a value of $175.00 in PSA 10.
Anyways, I went back to look at the auction and look at this.

Seriously, that's a lot of coin for a modern card. Also, the top-to-bottom centering doesn't look perfect - I like my PSA 10s to be 50/50.
