If it's a "1/1", why do I have 2?

Mario Austin auto. Currently this auction is the highest price on the Austin auto (for active items). Simply by putting 1/1, the seller gets a high price. I emailed him/her asking how/why it's a 1/1 and advising that I have 2 of the EXACT SAME card. I hate when people put the "1/1" on items that clearly aren't 1/1. Of course the seller's also got a Jordan RC he bought at a "FLEE" market. I'm surprised he/she didn't put "1/1" on that.
