Need help with value of 1964 proof doubled die Washington

I went to the local dealer and bought his 2 1964 proof sets to see if there was an AH Kennedy in there. When I got home I noticed writing on one of the sets that said "D B L writing on front of 25 cent". There is neat doubling on the motto and on the date on the quarter. Help with value-does anyone have the new Cherrypickers and is this variety in there? Thanks--------BigE
