EBAY Contact Phone Numbers - Help!

I seem to recall a thread that spoke about contacting ebay (assuming by phone) for a wide range of issues -
Can anyone out there provide that phone number(s)

I got taken by an ebay vendor and I'm not getting satisification using the web, and I want to scream at someone!

The seller is not offering anything for sale currently, but if I see any further sales (they seem to sell partial sets from the 60's and 70's) - I'll let this registry know that they need to "run away !"


PS; anybody need any wrecked 65's !

Make me an offer -
There are about 150 ex to vg cards with a spattering of ex+ to nm cornered cards, but they are way oc.
