  • Bill - sounds like a great plan - don't forget to check the back of the half for a double die - I don't think you have one as you would probably be able to see it from this scan - but these old tired eyes can miss a few details now and again image

you may consider getting some mint state coins to add to your album

I am not positive whether proof coins tone attractively to add to the grade in Wayte Raymond pages

Anyone got any images of Proof coins from Wayte raymond holders?

What about Clads coins? Anyone try any in a Wayte Raymond holder?

  • Hate to ask a stupid question about the 1961 proofs. But does anyone have a scan of the doubled die Franklin? I have 3 1961 sets and I am new to coin collecting. Does the photograde book cover this subject? Cherrypicker? I am lost and looking for a little info. Thanks in advance.

on the double die Frankie, E Pluburis Unum will be strongly doubled on the Reverse..... No doubling exists on the Obverse...

    I don't have a photo.....

Does anyone know if the composition of the Wayte Raymond National holders changed over the many years they were made (1930's-1960's?).
