Slabbing question?

I submitted this on the Q&A Forum yesterday but haven't received a responce yet. Maybe you can answer this question. I submitted a coin (1936 Delaware commemorative half dollar) and PCGS encapsulated it backwards. Will they fix it or will I have to send them any more money? I really don't like it backwards. Thanks, BBC...

They should fix it for free. I'd ask for a "credit" on the shipping charges that you will incur to get the coin back to them also.

If you didn't specify that you wanted the reverse facing up, then yes, they should fix it for free.

I'd be willing to send it back with my next submission, in a few weeks, as long as I don't to have to pay anything extra. Guess I need to call customer service and stay on hold 20 minutes?
