Coin is a NGC MS 67 2000 1$. Mint Error Reverse struck thru.
Let me try to describe this for you.
It looks like a mint worker had a prepared planchet at his workspace. Looks like he doodled on the planchet in ink, ball point, in big round ovals. Somehow it got back into the process and was struck thru. The reverse has these struck thru ovals of ink that look to be both inside and on the coin depending on how the light strikes. To top it off the obverse has great even lavender toning.
