Coin backwards in slab?

I just received my coins back from PCGS today and my 1938 Delaware commemorative half dollar is backwards in the slab. Do I have to send you more money to have this corrected? I just paid $138 to have all of my old "green label" holders regraded to match my other slabs in my set. BBC...

    We occasionally get the commems backwards. Send in the coin to me and include something else. I'll fix the commem and grade the other coin for free.
