Bill,

David Hall emailed me the set composition for the Collectors Mint Set last night. I loaded it at 8 am PST this morning and sent you an email shortly after. Seems maybe you didn't check the website or email before making your post this morning?

We are juggling a lot of balls right now and really are doing the best that we possibly can to meet all the demands. Sometimes it takes awhile, but we eventually get it done.

Sometimes you are told something that we think is very doable. Invariably, a fire errupts somewhere else that needs to be put out. That's just the nature of this business, especially right now in this market. Never are you told a lie just to satiate you. David and I just don't operate that way. I can say, without a doubt, that I am quite certain DH had every intention of working on the set just like he told Bill. Unfortunately, as the President of PCGS, he is pulled in 100 different directions nearly 24-7.
