Strange grading, continued....

One prominent dealer has suggested to me that PCGS is simply too backlogged to supply reasons for rejecting crossovers; another less-known dealer thinks any explanations will be supplied with the returned coins. Which explanation is correct?

    We are so back-logged that we have had to put implimentation of crossover reject explanations on temporary hold.
