The total number of Registry Sets is sitting on 7499.

10,000 isn't out of reach.

Someone got the idea. It's at 7502 now.

I'm not sure when BJ deletes the non-active sets. This number could drop.

Have any inactive sets actually been deleted?

Peridically (I believe monthly) BJ removes sets that have been inactive for a year or more. I also believe contact is made with the set owner prior to removing a set.
