Thanks to everyone who purchased raffle tickets to help Carlos Aponte with his medical bills. A total of $690 was raised which will be sent to Carlos and his family. Your generousity is very much appreciated.

Did I miss something here? I sent my check in within a day or two of the message on the boards and it still has not been cashed and I received no notification about raffle numbers or anything. How did everyone get notified? These are not sour grapes about not winning the raffle, just curious about the whole thing? The main thing is that Carlos received the funds.

Gayle sent out an email that thanked you for your purchasing of the raffle tickets and gave you the corresponding raffle ticket numbers. Followed by that it would be announced on Wednesday, August 20th. Signed Gayle Kean.

I too am glad that Carlos got the funds and wasn't expecting to win. If I did, I was going to take them and put them on ebay for bid.

i would like to thank joe and b.j.

i talked with joe about donating 10 free grades for carlos and he put me in touch with b.j. she took her time from the coin show to help take care of this. she was in the office monday and tuesday the raffle had begun.

i talked with b.j yesterday again to thank her for putting this together, but while i had her on the phone with discussed other concerns i had with psa. not only were my questions answered they were explained.

a conversation with an intellegent person makes for a great day. best of all GOOD LUCK to carlos.

Just for the record.I got a message from Gayle saying that she never received my $5. that was sent out by cash.

Well today,I found out what happened.The stamp fell off the envelope and it was returned today.LOL!

Anyway,regardless of my being 98 OVER the winning ticket # I resent a check for $5.
