Thank you for reading and replying to my questions when I post them. Here is another:

On regrades, how does this process work? Some folks are saying on the Coin Forum, that the coin is cracked out and then sent through the grading process and will always come back the same grade, or higher, BUT NEVER LOWER. Is this true of the regrade service?

I always thought when a coin is sent in for regrade, then it has chances of downgrading, too. Is this not right?

The "some folks" are right in this instance. The only way a regrade submission can go down is if we feel we've made a mistake and we compensate you under the terms of our grading guarantee.
