    Outstanding effort Rob!

    1971 Topps is my "birth year" set...and I have been too much of a wuss to tackle it. I will keep an eye out for #536 for you as well.

    Double kudos!! Twice as many colored borders vs. my '63 set, not to mention 176 more cards. I can't imagine the patience and persistance required to complete it in high grade. YOU DA MAN!!!

    Sorry for not responding sooner, but I've been out of town.

    Thanks for all the kind words regarding my completion of this set. However, it will never be truly complete. I still am looking for 2 cards in 8 (#294 Dunning; #536 Raymond); if anyone has these, I'd love to hear from you! I am also always looking to upgrade when I can do so at a reasonable price.

    I must say however that it does feel good to get as far as I have!

    From one fellow 1971 set collector to another - Congrats! That is quite an accomplishment. I just recently passed the 90% mark. The last 10% is going to be brutal!
