Good news

As the title says, the on-line Population Report appears to be back up to date One way to make it even better would be to add a date to the Population Report main page indicating when it was last brought up to date.

P.S., at least for us Proof Jefferson nickel collectors, there have been some interesting increases.

Is anybody else frustrated with the fact that tons of ebay vendors use population stats that are way outdated? I used to email them and point out gross inaccuracies, but week after week the same people seem to have nothing but mistakes -always touting lower stats, of course. Are they using an old printout of pop reports, or are they just full of it?

I think many of the larger vendors (e.g., Heritage) like to use the paper copy of the pop reports which I believe are published only quarterly Others, without subscriptions, probably use whatever they can find

I posted the original message because until very recently the online population tables had not been updated since about July 3. It looks like they may now be back on their schedule of updating the online tables on Thursday night or Friday
