  • Thats great. I just started collecting moderns last month and I have been getting them a little by little. Very nice collection you have got there, I only aspire to have one close to that.

  • StockGator2002,
Thanks for the compliment! I am always selling my extra commemoratives on eBay. Once I get my next shipment back from PCGS I will be selling a bunch of GOLD commems. Check out my listings, click on the link below.

  • Man, that is some collection!! How long have you been at it ? I started to put together an ICG MS70 collection of modern gold, but quickly lost interest when I started checking out PCGS, the clear leader in third party grading. The set registry is what makes it so much fun! ICG has to be out of their minds for not following this trend, but then again, they're such a distant third place, I doubt anything could bring them up to frontrunner status. PCGS in MS69 and PR69 for me from here on! Congrats, that is a smokin collection!
Never met a modern gold coin I didn't like.
  • coingodfather,
Thanks. I have been working on my PCGS sets since 1998 but been collecting commemoratives since 1989. Commemoratives are all I am interested in, I consider statehood quarters commemoratives too. My MS69 Smithsonian gold was an ICG MS69 that crossed over, believe it or not!

Congratulations. Some of these are pretty tough to find even raw anymore.

  • Nice set. I just finished my first set a few weeks ago, so I can relate
to the joy of finally finishing.
