Question About Grading Jeffersons

Dear Sir,

As compared to a MS65FS, I always thought that the next better grade would be an MS66FS and not MS66. Is this not true?

The "FS" is the designation and not the grade. In this case it refers to "Full Steps." The "order" is somewhat a personal preference. Some collectors would prefer a MS64FS over a MS66. Some would not. MS66 is higher than MS65. MS66FS is higher than MS65FS. That you can say for sure. Anything else is personal preference.
