I have completed a set of 88-89 fleer basketball with every card graded a PSA 8 or higher. I don't have it registered yet but I'm pretty sure it would be #1. Can anyone give me a ballpark figure of what this is worth? Any help would be great. Thanks. GDOGG

Although I don't know much about the basketball card market, I would assume that there isn't a whole lot of interest in this set in graded form outside of the set registry participants, although a few of the stars would be more valuable to player set collectors (Jordan, Pippen, Bird, Stockton, etc.). Also, you would need to provide more information on the grading of the set. If it is mostly PSA 8, it's probably worth little (couple hundred dollars maybe). If a lot of the cards are 9s and 10s, specifically the stars, it will be worth significantly more.
I'm sure someone else can help more than I can. I see aro13 and coachhouston have sets listed on the registry. They both post here and may be able to help you.
JEB.
I have seen PSA 9 - stars such as Bird and Akeem being sold for $10. I haven't really seen any common cards being sold. I also believe that like JEB said, it depends on your stars. A PSA 9 Jordan and Stockton are bringing about 3-5x what PSA 8's are. I would take a guess and say the set is prolly $350 +, but I would have to see the breakdown of your stars to see what they are. Hope that helps.
I also really like that 88 Fleer set.
