  • Great job, Bruce. I've watched you rise to the top. I'm sure many of your coins would blow out Eliasberg if compared side by side. I've seen some of his and they weren't all that great. Hopefully I'll be moving up with you someday. Thats under you as I know I won't get that many pop top coins. I just want a nice complete set. John V

    Well done, Bruce!

Did you know that we spent a half hour looking for your last coin at ANA thinking it was lost - before we realized it had been resubmitted because it didn't get pedigreed the first time! image
  • That must be a great set. I really like the cameos and you have quite a few. Congratulations.

    wow superlative!! congrats bruce!!!!!

many top registry set owners are buried in their coins up to their arse's some up to their eye balls............................... NOT ALL BUT MANY!!!!!

your set of proof barber dimes is not only a classic superb set
that most probably could not be duplicated
but it is a total **value** set of coins
by that i mean this set has a great reason to rise in value as the coins and underpriced and undervalued and have not risen much as compaired to other series of coins

and these other series of coins have many more available technically superb coins! then compaired to the barber dimes in proof!!!!!!!

unbelieveable and makes no sense in my opinion but such is the coin game

this barber set dimes in proof has a fundimental reason to rise in value

now bruce you really need the 1913 proof 66 cameo pcgs proof barber dime! this coin is a total monster with the "LOOK" as i think there will most probably not be many if any at ALL? deep cameos of this date or one or two more of the really later date proof barber dimes these coins are just monster almost non existant in superb gem proof with strong cameo contrast

this proof 66 cameo 1913 pcgs dime is in my opinion a super really nice 66 coin and the cameo is a near miss deep cam and in my opinion a deep cameo

also in my opinion there are some DEEP CAMEOS not all but some graded of pre 1915 barbers in proof that are not as deeply cameoed and deeply mirrored as this cameo proof 66 1913 dime and they are in deep cameo holders! well such is the subjective nature of coin grading and think i would rather have a coin not maxed out in its respective holder

again bruce congrats on your set i think it is just the sweetest thing
    the ultimate in
    rarity
    desirability
    a great value!!
and with an added plus of a strong potential to rise in value
and cant really be duplicated with much ease

    michael

i have been studying and apprecaiting cameo pre 1915 silver nickel copper coinage for 30 years and it is the ultimate in desirability and beauty the coiners caviar OF caviar well at least to mee............lol

also the 1913 is pedigred to a famous barber collection/collector!!
