Set Registry question?

I recently won a few PSA cards on Yahoo auctions and tried to add them to my set registry, but it keeps saying that the cards are registered by another member. So I contacted the guy who sold me the cards and asked him if he be kind enough to remove his cards from the set, so I can add mine. He told me he doesn't have a set registry. He never did! He didn't even know PSA had a set registry, he doesn't check their site at all. He told me that he had the cards graded by PSA himself, he just drops them off on PSA Saturdays and pick them up the following month and when he gets them he scans them to be sold on the internet. If somebody has these cards in their set and I have the cards in my possession? How do I get these cards registered into my set? Do I need to resend them to PSA for a reholder???

No. It happens sometimes. You can either call the 800 number and customer service will usually take care of it, or send BJ an e-mail.

They are really good about it.

Happened to me with a 65 football tall boy. Customer service fixed problem right away.

email either keang@collectors.com, that will get you Gayle Kean or robbinsc@collectors.com, that will get you Cosetta. Either ladies will take care of your problem. Gayle and Cosetta are in the same office or were. The last I spoke with Cosetta she mentioned that Gayle may be going to another job within CU.
