Thanks again Dave for you thoughts.
How does PCGS know that a "spot" has grown on a coin while in a PCGS holder or that it"turned" in the holder?? Does PCGS photograph each coin they slab?
I guess what I am saying is that PCGS has a lot of integrity and trust if it is taking the consumers word for it.
Your thoughts?

If a spot grows on a coin then the grade may change and PCGS has to take care of the situation base on its grading guarantee. It's a cost of doing business and a way we protect buyers of our product.
