    ^^ uhh I'm sure he'll have it when the contests start, and anywho...Baljit and Ike are 2 great guys that work hard to put HI up. It gives us collectors a chance to trade with many trustworthy people around the world.

    Yea it was about my site, but it was only to 3 people that i was gonna talk to on aim but they werent on so i pmed them. I don't know what these people have against smaller sites, but now they are smaller then TTC image

    W/e Ill just leave it at that because there are too many people behind these power happy admins/moderators.

    Lets just leave it whiteice, everytime they post about HI here about 10 of the people they've booted for fun comes and complains well im tired of it and im not gonna be that person anymore.

    You should know better than to spam your site at Hobby Insider. Would you feel okay with people signing up at TTC and PMing members about HI, TR, or SCS? I wouldn't think so.

    I don't think it's anything against smaller sites, they're just trying to create the greatest trading community around. I, for one, wouldn't feel comfortable with others attempting to "steal" my members, via my site. You said you've got them on your AOL buddy list, surely you have some patience and could've waited.

    Hobby Insider/Collector's Empire stands alone as the best hobby site run by collectors. They care about their members and the members obviously reciprocate those feelings. Both the staff & members have come together to create interesting discussions, informative articles, great contests, and an excellent trading enviornment. None of the second-tier sites such as TR, SCS, or SportsCardForum.com rank up there in every category I just mentioned.

    I believe HI has come out and stated they're against spamming of other sites on their forums. This is an old CE practice, nothing new. It's completely acceptable, as they are the ones who pay the bills. Other sites are foolish to allow it, but again, they pay the bills there as well.

    Wow. Cant believe where this thread has gone. It was supposed to be a fyi on our member appreciation, not a whiteice/vcrayguns thread.

    Anyways, first, thanks to the folks that are backing up HI. Appreciate the support.

    Second, Whiteice, you were banned based on the discretion of a team member. At the end, I have heard countless examples of the way you handle yourself and if its at HI or AOL chat rooms, we dont appreciate it and do not want it at HI.

    VCRaysGun, as stated, we do not believe in spamming other sites at HI. And for a matter of fact, sites like SCS, TR, Bench follow the same practice. We wish your site nothing but the best, but dont appreciate having our members PM'd and spammed. We found out after some members lets us know. So its obvious they did not care for it.

    At the end, lets all please stop with the Whiteice/VC replies. There entitled to their opinion and have used it. At the end, people will make their own decision about HI and the team there.

    Boy ThisIsSportsCentre you may not want to open that can of worms....... and as a longtime member i promise TR does EXCELLENT in all of the mentioned categories. Referring to a site like TR as "second-tier" will definately start a war and only lead to negative publicity for your site

    We moved to a new hoster with TONS of new options and more space. I got the forum set up (v2.3.0), but going to renew my upgrade access and run v3.0.0 beta 5 which has a ton more options. Even though the "forum" and "thread" tables kept getting corrupted because of something our former hoster was doing, it was time to move the site.

    13th is good timing. I'm off on the 11th and it usually takes a day or 2 for the domain to switch over.
