Arrrrrrrrrrrgh!

Tried to register my most recent purchase and couldn't as it's registered to another owner. Arrrrrgh! I have a couple questions...

When you upgrade a coin, is the coin you're replacing automatically deleted?

Why am I so upset by this? I mean, I got the coin in my possession. Why is registering it such a big deal?

It's not uncommon for the old owner to forget to un-register a coin, specially if it is in multiple sets. I'd try the old owner first, and if that doesn't free it up, contact PCGS and they will fix it.

No, it can be done at the same time, but you have to click the "delete" next to the coin which is being replaced and enter the cert number of the new coin in the coins being added area.
