fraud does work, at least in terms of scaring the living #$@% out of the ripper. just mention that you will file mail fraud with the USPS, internet fraud with the CIA, or (if you are dealing with someone out of state) file a fraud claim with the Interstate Fraud Commission.

Jeff after 3 months got 300 cash instead of 300 in cards from the guy that ripped him, so i wouldnt say fraud didnt work because it didnt work for you once.
