Anyone deal with Bay City Collectibles?

They were also on ebay as setregistry@aol.com. I bought a card from them and paid via paypal on 7/7 and have heard nothing. My e-mails have not even been read. I filed my complaint with paypal, I was just wondering if anyone else had had a problem. They were recently suspended from ebay, but I have no way of finding out why. It doesn't look good, but I just thought I'd ask around, hoping to get my 1980 Tony Dorsett PSA 9 at some point.
