Jefferson grading question

I have have a 1940-d Jefferson graded MS67 with five full steps by ANACs... Do any of the other services make that distinction? Does ANACs still make that distinction? I don't think they do but then I am not a Jefferson expert... Any idea as to value? Thanks for your thoughts.

PCGS recognizes 5 steps as full steps. NGC requires all 6 steps to be given the fs designation. Neither notate how many steps are present.

ANACS will give you 5.0, 5.5 or 6 steps on the holder. For FS with PCGS it has to have 5 steps or more, with NGC is has to have 6 full steps.
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!
