boddybag vs net grade revisited

the years we've asked both our dealer network and collector customers their opinions on this issue numerous times. The response is always mixed, but a strong majority of our users like things the way they are. They don't want problem coins in PCGS holders. They don't like the implication for the product, the grading standard, or the effect on their holdings of PCGS graded, non-problem coins. So we listen to our customers and body bag the problems.

why not change the label ( like PCI use too) regular well know label for no problem coins and maybe a red label for problem. I don't think that would contaminate the current product.

We've also discussed using different labels and many of our customers don't like that idea either because they feel having a "PCGS Lite" label would harm the integrity of the PCGS grade.
